Roberts and his band of robes are not needed to control the lower courts. First Congress can just shut it down all together, hear that Johnson?
According to the document called the United States Constitution, a federal judge can’t make any ruling until a case is brought and heard.
It is in simple English, our national language.
ARTICLE III
Section 1
The judicial power of the United States shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behavior, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services, a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office.
Article III establishes the Judiciary as the third branch of government. It states that the Judicial power of the country will be held by the Supreme Court. This is understood to mean that the Supreme Court is the ultimate arbiter of the laws of the land. The Supreme Court cannot decide in advance whether a law is constitutional. It can only do so after there has been a legal case that challenges the law. The Constitution also does not create courts, other than the Supreme Court. Rather, it leaves the creation of the lower court system it up to Congress, which they start doing through the Judiciary Act. The Constitution established life long tenure for judges. It furthermore ensures that judges cannot be threatened with a reduction in salary, if they decide against any particular interest.
So in my simple opinion, the Executive Branch can tell judges to go pound sand until the case is heard in court.
One thing that is absolutely necessary is to get the three branches back in their constitutional lanes.
Stop with all the legal hoops and pretzels these commies come up with.
Then Congress needs to start impeachment proceedings immediately.
But being the good little republicans they are, they will only do the easy lift.
Remember a wise man said, I paraphrase, no politician is your friend and no matter how much you hate them, it isn’t enough.
Which goes back to the founders expected commoners to serve one or two terms and go back home to live under the laws that they passed.
For me, the hardest part about being an Awake is watching the sheep. They're fighting for they're own downfall. I understand why they're lost, but at the same time I don't get it. How do people keep falling for the propaganda over & over again? How many times before it becomes obvious? What will it take to make the sleepy ones see? I try to think of the words or videos ideas that will go viral & wake up millions but it's hard. People these days are so dug in. People are waking up everyday, but the hard heads refuse to acknowledge the truth. I don't know how to wake up people that won't look.
