Just out of curiosity, what do you folks use to access these forums? I use a combo of a windows pad (with a keyboard) or desktop PC. I can't stand my cell phone, and only use it for phone calls (sometimes texting). How about you?

Over the past 50 years, the American male has changed.
Men are generally less physically active, more overweight, more isolated and less certain of their purpose. Many boys are growing up without fathers, mentors, discipline or a clear example of honorable manhood. Testosterone concerns are part of the discussion, but the problem is much larger than one hormone.
Some people call it the “pussification” of men. The term is crude, but it describes a real frustration: too many men have become physically soft, emotionally fragile, dependent on comfort and unwilling to accept responsibility.
That does not mean kindness is weakness. A man who loves his family, controls his temper or admits pain is not less masculine. Real strength is not bullying, anger or swagger. It is discipline, courage, competence, self-control and the willingness to be responsible for something beyond yourself.
The real crisis is not that men have become more caring. It is that too many have become passive, unhealthy, distracted and directionless.
