Case and point, U.S. District Judge Jinsook Ohta ordered the release of MS13 murderer David Antonio Aviles Perez, 35, aka "the witch," being held on an ICE order. Didn't happen just once with this scum bag, but twice contrary to DHS strong recommendations to keep him out of society. American lives are in danger, and these far left 💩🤡 judges just don't care.
