Update:
Steve Hilton — California Governor
Latest broader statewide result I found has Steve Hilton still in 1st place:
Candidate Current share Steve Hilton27.6%Xavier Becerra25.5%Tom Steyer19.6%
That report says this is from about 4.7 million ballots counted. Another current report described the California governor count as “about half of the expected vote counted,” so I’d treat Hilton’s lead as real but still not final.
Spencer Pratt — L.A. Mayor
Latest numbers I found show Karen Bass first, Spencer Pratt second:
Candidate Current share Karen Bass about 36.5%–37%Spencer Pratt about 29.2%–29.6%Nithya Raman trailing, around 22% in one report
One report says the L.A. mayor race had 48.4% of the vote counted, with Bass at 36.7% and Pratt at 29.6%. Another current update says Pratt was at 29.2% behind Bass at 36.5%.
Bottom line

Hilton is still leading statewide for governor.
Pratt is still in second for L.A. mayor, which would put him in the runoff if it holds.
Neither is ...
