To me the SCOTUS ruling I would like to see challenged is the 1973 famous separation of church and state ruling. Here's my best argument for over turning that decision. I believe based on the 1st amendment was violated by the opinion written for its ruling. It states that ; The state must be secular ( non spiritual ) with regards to the formation of laws and teachers are agents of the state. Secularism by definition means non spiritual and is also by definition now called humanism, an ideology where man is the highest authority. This is a clear preference for any and all secular ideologies and now has resulted in the abortion laws opposition of spiritualism as hate speech. This opinion by it's secular ruling has given the State the authority to be in effect " The Church". I am not trying to promote spiritualism but would prefer that The State be neutral in this matter. Either promote neither or equally.
