Since pot was made legal the biggest tax cheat industry comes from legal pot shops. Over 100 million in back taxes are owed vs the compliance of the alcohol industry and lost revenues of moon shiners. Guess what pot tax revenue doesn't match alcohol revenue. Guess the conversation estimates were right. Illegal pot sales out perform legal sales with an under performance of revenue. Who would have thought except conservatives.
