California's largest parabolic solar system that closed down never used the sun to produce competitive energy prices and is closing. The joke among conservatives in California is they could have raised more money charging the public to view flamers than selling electricity. For those that don't know what flamers are to put it simply, they were birds of pre that flew into the parabolic waves the mirrors created and the extreme temperatures that this parabolic system created ignited the birds in flight. Isn't green energy wonderful?
