Folks, I can attest that Dan Bongino is absolutely correct when he encourages people to start eating healthy. It is imperative.
When my oldest daughter was little, she began spilling sugar under stress. Prior to this happening, she had had other issues - an allergy to penicillin, an allergy to peanuts, a growing allergy problem.
The doctors recommended medications. I thought about it and finally decided that a life-time of medications was not really what I wanted for my daughter.
I grew up in a home where we raised what we ate, hunted for the meat we ate. We had little exposure to processed food, perservatives, etc. I returned to that philosophy.
And my daughter got over her health issues to a large degree, until she got out on her own. Then, being exposed to processed foods, perservatives, etc, she began to have problems again.
She finally came to the conclusion that eating organic was in her best interests. Today, she is healthy again.
