We really have a problem in this country. Local governments and state governments make too many restrictions for house renovations. That's bad enough, but I can also see it as a minimal necessity to maintain sewer, gas, water lines and other issues pertaining to the neighborhood.

Having said that, it is still private money for private property. The White House is maintained on federal/public funds. Nobody on a state or local level require permits to renovate the ballroom.

So where does a loser judge get the power to execute and appropriate the DJT personal funds for the White House ballroom? This judge is essentially violating local zoning and private construction policy.

If this is allowed to stand, then where does that leave us as private property owners? Do I have legitimate fear that this is another evisceration of the constitution?
