Simple solution to the Maryland dad, Jan 6 him. He is entitled to nothing more than a immigration hearing. Assign a judge preferable to Trump's position, limit defense attorneys to this new or assigned jurisdiction as acceptable, assign defense probono attorneys, hold his hearing in the American embassy in El Salvador and come what may. It was good enough for j6 it's good enough for criminal illegal aliens.
