Well, with a heavy heart, we must say a final goodbye on an irreversible shut down order of Alligator Alcatraz. Federal judge stated that they must continue to decommission the site, and be out of there by late October.

The order CAN be appealed, but the appeal does NOT pause the shutdown order, and they must continue to decommission the site regardless.

I get the impression from Homan's comments, that he has given up on THIS site, but wants a "Brick and Mortar" site elsewhere. It appears this battle may be over, and it looks like the woke won this battle.
