Something I've been wondering. So I'm going to shake the tree to see what falls out.

I'm going to be honest with my answer. I was in my 20s before I started paying attention. BUT - Didn't start voting until I got married and started a family in my late 20s. Before I was married, I didn't believe voting mattered, made no difference, my single vote meant nothing, and believed 100% of politicians were criminal crooks.

Today, I still believe politicians are crooked, but believe my vote is important because of my responsibility to my family and faith. If laws, and politics are against me, my faith, and my family, no one is going to be able to claim it's because I don't vote. And yes, I 100% believe that ALL Christians should be voting. If you don't vote against (for example) someone who is pro abortion, your lack of vote is support for murdering babies. That's my opinion.

On the chart, I believe I fall "Conservative". I don't like the word "Reactionary", but I believe my position is NOT a radical who cause harm or physical violence (unless someone gets physical with me first). My conservatism is directed by my Christian Biblical belief. The left claim a "reactionary" refuses change. Well, my biblical faith does not change, so in that sense it is non-negotiable. I believe, for example, that LGBT is an acute abomination. I will not, nor can not, negotiate that position. Live your life in your bedroom, but don't force me to accept that filth. Murdering unborn babies is in fact "murder". I will not, nor can I, negotiate that position. So in that way, I will not change my opinions.
