09:01 AM EST, 12/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Trump Media and Technology Group (DJT) said Wednesday it plans to distribute a new digital token to shareholders in partnership with Crypto.com.

The company said each beneficial owner will be eligible to receive one digital token for each whole share of DJT.

Additional details on token distribution will be provided in the new year, according to the company.

Shares of Trump Media and Technology Group were up more than 3% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
