I love how the Democrats want to brag about Bill Clinton and his balanced budget, criminal and welfare reforms. All of these were because of Newt Gingrich and the contract for America and four government shutdowns. I will give Clinton being smart enough to sign legislation that was overly popular with the electric, however none of this was his agenda. I know I was old enough and cognotive enough to remember.
