One thing I have learned about high performance people. They fail, however it's not always their fault. Circumstances far out weigh their mistakes , true high performance people understand this. Take Kristie vs Marjorie, Marjorie totally went against her extreme views as cause to fuck the people as she took it personally, Kristie so far has taken the higher road. In other words Kristie understood her role, is taking a honest look at performance, realvating her decisions and refuses to condemn her demotion. Marjorie on the other hand didn't know when to back off and felt she was the center of attention much like liberals. My opinion may change but for now Kristie is doing nothing to diminish her demotion to attack the overall plan. Just my opinion because there are so many variables for success. Time will tell because we all have limits and the first criteria to remain high performance is knowing your limits. If you cross a line , accept it don't whine.
