I only have one question when it comes to birthright citizenship. If you are born and raised here by a legal citizen you are a citizen. That's called common sense. If as in the 1898 case that is being cited if you are born in the US under legal residency at the age of 21 you can apply for citizenship under birthright regardless of parents status. My question is how do we determine citizenship from illegal entry without claiming ownership by the government. Think about it, you are a foreigner, you give birth in this country, does that now mean the government owns you? A question that needs to be answered because slavery was abolished.
You see I can be just as much a creative thinker as others and how hard is it to control people when you are their own survival ie. welfare.
Just a simple explanation of legal slavery.

Imagine if you will a scenario in a different dimension.

Illon ohmore is offered a plea deal.
If she turns startes evidence against her fellow Somalians she will be put in witness protection and given a new identity and place to live at government expense.
Facing no charges as long as she cooperates.

After all, witness protection is for protecting criminals. All expenses paid in rare cases.
