If you haven't guessed it by now we are governed by the constitution, not the rule of law otherwise the south would be governed by the KKK rule of law. Every aspect of socialism is incompatible with our constitution because that system requires totalitarian beliefs. This is why they always say the rule of law not the constitionality of the law. You see by previous reference in this post the rule of law can be manipulated, the constitution can not. Once said by an intellectual and philosophy the final stage of corruption is the perps no longer hide their deception. I believe that's where we are, if our constitution list three independent branches, the socialist wishes to subvert it by the rule of their law. That's what happens when you make 20 approval equitable.
