The United States of America.
The United States Constitution.
Either you believe in it or you don’t.
There is no middle ground or pick and choose. It is all or nothing.
First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The first ten amendments to the Constitution are known as "The Bill of Rights." These amendments were passed to meet the concerns of many that the Constitution did not provide enough protection of individual rights. When written, they were designed to provide protection to individuals for actions of the federal government. The 14th amendment was passed as the Civil War ended. It provided the framework for extending these protections (cited in the Bill of Rights) to the actions of state and local governments. Over the course of the 20th century the Supreme Court slowly extended the guarantees of the Bill of Rights, to cover all levels of government.
The first amendment states that Congress may not do anything that regulates or establishes any religion, nor can it do anything to stop people from observing their religion. This amendment guarantees freedom of religion in the United States. The government may not limit freedom of speech; meaning people may say almost anything. The limit being the famous opinion of Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, when he gave the example that no one could falsely cry "fire" in a crowded movie theater. Thus you may not say anything that brings immediate danger to people.
The Constitution gives almost absolute freedom of the press. When the government tried to stop the New York Times from publishing the Pentagon Papers, the Supreme Court refused their request. The Constitution gives the people the right to protest, which is the right to peaceably assemble. Finally, this amendment protects the work of some of the most criticized groups in Washington: the lobbyists. The amendment specifically states that no laws may be made to stop people from petitioning the government and that has been interpreted to include paid lobbyists.
Second Amendment
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
This amendment guarantees the right of Americans to have guns. The exact meaning of this amendment has been hotly debated. Depending on how you read the amendment, the right to keep and bear arms can be directly related to the militia, and the type of arms a militia requires, or that can be an independent right. The interpretation of this amendment has been at the heart of the debate over gun control. In the most recent Supreme Court decision on the subject in the 2008 DC v Heller the court held 5-4 that "The Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home."
The first two are extremely important as they set the base for the rest.
We are guaranteed freedom of speech, as written. Not partial, not excluded, but total freedom of speech. No matter who doesn’t like it or is offended.
Also we are guaranteed freedom of religion. Any religion no matter who is offended. But unlike free speech, religion cannot be forced upon anyone, period. Religious practices and laws do not usurp the United States Constitution.
The second amendment is straight forward, the right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed. Why, because the founders were deeply concerned about a tyrannical government trying to take over. Thus they wanted the people to have the constitutional right and ability to protect and defend themselves and the United States Constitution.
People who swear an oath to protect and defend the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic are not relieved of that oath. Now if they choose not to adhere to it, that is reprehensible.

Ai, the big hoopla. First it is hear, not going away. Either embrace it or get left behind. That doesn’t mean full bore acceptance. It means from here on out, it will be part of your life, like it or not, in one way or another. You can minimize how much or totally embrace it. The only way to almost totally eliminate is total off grid living with no connection to the grid.
Ai has been here for awhile. Alexa and Siri to name a few. They have slowly learned and stored data.
Now that technology has advanced more, ai is learning faster by storing huge amounts of data. Thus the need for data farms. Data farms are nothing new. As with anything man made, it comes with pro’s and con’s.
But make no mistake, it is here, growing and not going away. It will be used for private, commercial, and military applications. Eventually in the not to distant future, we will have to reconcile with the fact that ai will become smarter than humans and lack any kind of emotion, empathy, or feeling. It will only know data and thus knowledge. All logic, like Spock, and no feeling.
So each of us will have to decide our level of acceptance, but it is in our lives now. It was only a matter of time after the first computer was turned on.
God Bless the United States of America.
God Bless our military personnel.
God Bless our president, Donald John Trump.
God Bless all of you.
Good morning Jesus People.
These pictures are of Delray Beach,Florida, Atlantic Avenue is close to where I entered the Beach. You will see Park mobile app counting my time. Parking is a premium you always want to park where your vehicle is declared, this will let you know if it’s free or when payment peak is required.
