All current elected congressional members should donate all of the money they have made to the treasury. A good faith jester.
Also, the United States is not responsible for anyone outside of our borders. If they need something, change their own country. Do not come to us with their hand out for money. They take our money and nothing changes. No different than the fraud by refugees and others except it is Congress giving our money away.
If we get something of value from a country for money, ok. But free money has to stop, now.

Some even filed against those that threw out food and trash diggers pulled it out. The result was even though corporate America won they stopped donating edible food and instead sold it as pig food.
