Never break your word or betray a trust.

Always tell the truth.

Be gentle with children, the elderly, and animals.

Do not support racial or religious intolerance.

Help people in distress.

Be a good worker.

Keep yourself clean in thought, speech, action, and personal habits.

Respect women, parents, and the laws of the nation.

Be a patriot.

That’s a pretty solid old-school code: honesty, discipline, faithfulness, respect, hard work, mercy, and love of country.
