Do you remember when Kitchenaid Appliances were the absolute top of the line??? I do and that's why 22 years ago I outfitted my kitchen with all Kitchenaid appliances.. The dishwasher lasted 12 or 13 years, no complaints and I replaced it with a new one which unfortunately was after WhirlPieceOfShit or Whirlpool bought Kitchenaid... The replacement didn't make it 4 or 5 years before we had to replace the control board... Then there was an ever so small leak in the icemaker line, not the the refrigerators fault that ended up causing a mold problem... Had half the kitchen ripped out... I have an illness and Mrs@Gatorgimp affectionately calls me "Sammy Symetrical" so they changed the handle styles and when I needed to replace the microwave now the refridgerator and oven didn't match so I replaced them as well... The original "real Kichenaid refridgerator is in the garage and still working like a champ... 11 months and 2 weeks later the new WhirlPieceOfShit refridgerator shit the bed and was replaced under warranty... The 4 year old oven just crapped out when Mrs@Gatorgimp was fixing one of my favorite meals... The repairman just left and it needs a new control panel to the tune of $600.00 after deducting the $149.00 diagnostic fee... I'd buy a new $3,000.00 oven but I'm sure the handles wouldn't match says Sammy Symetrical... Of course the part because WhirlPieceOfShit products are so poorly made and replacement parts are in such demand that the replacement is going to be 2 plus weeks out... And yes, I would bitch if I got hung with a new rope... 🤣🤣🤣
