Interesting thing that has been happening in my sleep. I have a good number of dreams where I'm running PAIN FREE. The odd thing about it is in some of those cases, I'm aware of myself in that dream while running, and think to myself "wow, I'm running and it doesn't hurt", so I push myself in the dream like I use to when I was young. Feels so good to run hard again, almost makes me tear up. I miss my young body. Use to be very active and fit, which is why I have trouble now. Wore my body out.

The latest really odd dream I have had is of "smoking". Now I haven't smoked for about 50 years, but one dream I had in the last few nights was where I was aware I was dreaming and taking a drag off a cigarette. Feeling the smoke, smelling it, and feeling the satisfaction of the nicotine entering my body. Super odd and strange.
