I don't post a lot of "PERSONAL" pictures. But wanted to post this picture of Bear, my pocket puppy. I put him in my purse when I go out in public. He weighs in at 137 pounds at the vet this week. He's fighting an ear infection. He weighed 140 the previous appointment. He is known by the vet hospital as the "Gentile Giant". Sweet personality, but mad as hell when someone gets near his people or property. He will be three years old on Thanksgiving. An offspring of a ranch dog known as an Anatolian Shepherd. We picked him up personally from friends that use these dogs to kick the asses of coyote, wolves, and bears, that try and attack their farm animals.
Bear is a house dog, but has a LARGE fenced yard to run during the day if he wishes. Has a very low deep bark and howl. Our neighbor friends call his bark and howl as a " Werewolf" bark/howl.
I love him. Cuddle with him., spoon with him (lol). He is so family dedicated and EXTREMELY LOYAL dog. High maintenance? Yes. But very worth ...
