They tell us to go outside for ten mins in the morning to reset your day clock with sunshine. But they tell us our PC and phone monitors light is similar to sunshine and keep us up at night. Why can't I just expose myself to my PC or phone screens in the morning when I first wake up? Someone told me you need the vitamin D, so drink a glass of milk while reading your screens.
