When I was a young teenager, dad was disabled, mom worked fir $2/hr. For a while we were on government food. One of my parents would go to county building to get government food, cheese, powdered potatoes, spam etc etc etc. We survived on that until things got better.
So I say stop snap altogether and start handing out government food again. Then you don’t have as much corruption. If they get food and sell it, they go without.
Stop handing these people money or a form of money.
It’s cheaper to pay people to hand it out than the corruption and stealing of taxpayers money.
