By looking at the ballot image for Mississippi (MS), not MI (which is for Michigan), those samples couldn't be tabulated, as NO Precinct, County would allow for voting outside of the voter's U.S. Congressional District (CD). Page 1 & 2 have FOUR of the FIVE Congressional Districts (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th). NO county tabulation system would be able to tabulate those ballots.

I have a great Idea. We stay out of Iran, Israel stays in the air, and send in Ukraine on the ground to dismantle the nuke facilities, and keep whatever they find. 😁 Solve both wars at the same time, and keep us out of it.
