My fellow Americans, members of Congress, and leaders of our armed forces,

Recent attacks in our capital, and coordinated political messaging by the six Democrats, that was designed to sow confusion and distrust, remind us that America’s security is more than military power — it is vigilance, clarity, and unity.

To Congress

You are the stewards of our Constitution. Your duty is clear: safeguard the Republic, restore accountability, and protect the people from infiltration, manipulation, and corruption. History will judge your courage and your action — not your rhetoric.

To the Military

To our soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines, and guardians of the homeland: your oath is sacred. You defend not a party, not an ideology, but the American people. Stay vigilant. Trust your training. Protect this nation with the honor and readiness that has always defined our armed forces.

The Threats We Face

We are in the midst of unrestricted warfare — fought in cyberspace, information networks, institutions, and culture. Adversaries from abroad — including China, Russia, Iran, Venezuela — and domestic networks are seeking to weaken our unity, influence our decisions, and challenge our sovereignty.

Even coordinated messaging by some political figures has been designed to divide us, to undermine confidence in leadership, and to turn Americans against each other. We will not be distracted. We will not be divided.

Our Response

Tonight, I am ordering immediate action:

A full review of foreign and domestic threats to federal institutions and national security.

A restructuring of counterintelligence priorities to confront unconventional and digital threats.

Enhanced coordination between Congress, the military, and federal agencies to ensure transparency, accountability, and rapid response.

A nationwide call for vigilance and civic responsibility, where every American understands their role in defending liberty.

A Call for Unity

America’s greatest strength is its people. Our greatest weapon is truth. Our greatest legacy is freedom. Partisan labels, political disagreements, or fear cannot divide us. We are one nation, united by shared purpose, bound by a Constitution, and guided by the principles that made us strong.
