Ladies and gentlemen,
We are watching a dangerous idea walk across America wearing a nice suit and speaking in polished words. It says America is unfair. It says capitalism is evil. It says government should control more, tax more, manage more, promise more, and own more. It says the answer to our problems is not God, family, faith, work, community, and freedom — but government. Well, I reject that vision completely.
America was not founded on socialism. America was not founded on government dependency. America was not founded on politicians promising “free” everything while quietly stealing the freedom of the people. America was founded under God.
Our rights do not come from city hall. They do not come from Congress. They do not come from a mayor, a governor, a president, a judge, or some smooth-talking socialist ...
